This goes back to 1968 when Rob was living in Penshurst Kent.

That year we had serious floods in September and we were at a flooded road helping to push cars out of the water for cash when the drivers didn't realise how deep it actually was.  At that time, Rob was always trying to find a way to make a "bob or two".     A car came along and asked us if it was very deep.  Rob with a glint in his eye,  was standing up to his ankles and shouted "OK" and beckoned him forward.  However, what Rob failed to tell the poor car driver was that he was standing on top of a 50 gallon oil drum!   So another 10 bob thank you!
